SINCE GROWING UP WITH LIMITED FOOD CHOICES MYSELF, I HAVE MADE IT MY MISSION EVER SINCE TO ENSURE THAT GOOD FOOD IS ACCESSIBLE TO ALL & THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE LABELLED AS POSH, GREASY OR EXPENSIVE - IT JUST NEEDS TO TASTE GOOD
Jordy has over 14 years’ experience in the hospitality & catering industry, starting at Swindon College while working at Sally Pussey’s.
Following College, he started his career in country pubs, fine dining restaurants and hotels to learn everything he could and assisted well known Chef Marco Pierre White in his restaurant.
After this, he travelled to Australia for a year and expanded on his experience further by working for a few chef agencies within the events industry.
He loves getting to know the people he cooks for, so naturally taking the step to run his own business and building his own commercial kitchen was the perfect move for him and he finds this his most rewarding role to date (except being a Daddy to his gorgeous Archie and Porky)
Jordy loves to cook all foods, but his favourite is classic pub-style food cooked beautifully. He loves nothing more than seeing the joy and appreciation that people get from the food presented to them and he looks forward to creating many more dishes and work with new flavours and ingredients.
